Registration

Registration for CICM 2026 has two steps:

1. Fill in the registration form.
2. For Regular and Student registrations, pay the registration fee in the University of Ljubljana online store.

Members of FMF and IMFM and invited speakers (of CICM or a workshop) only fill in the form. Remote registrations can only be paid by bank transfer to the bank account listed below

Fees

The early fee applies to payments made on or before 16 23 August (CEST). Prices include VAT. The registration fee includes the welcome reception (a Balkan-inspired picnic), the conference dinner (Wednesday 23 September, City Museum Ljubljana), the excursion (Thursday 24 September, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle), and a conference T-shirt.

The online store accepts payments until 15 September; after that, payment is possible only by bank transfer to the bank account listed below.

Remote registrations can only be paid by bank transfer to the bank account listed below and do not include a t-shirt or any of the social events.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are welcome at the reception, the conference dinner and on the excursion. Please also indicate accompanying persons in the registration form.

Visa invitation letters

If you need a visa invitation letter, email cicm2026@fmf.uni-lj.si with your name, affiliation, and the embassy where you will apply, as early as possible.
