Registration

Registration will consist of

• the base registation covers the conference kit, proceedings, invited speakers, and
• the per-day registration covers the sessions, lunches and breaks.
• the conference dinners
• the workshop-only per-day covers the sessions, lunches and breaks (only on Sunday, July 8th and Wednesday, July 11th)

Participants are to pay the base registration plus one per-day registration for each day attending the meeting. Alternatively, participants only attending the workshops on Sunday, July 8th or Wednesday, July 11th are to pay the workshop-only per-day registration for each workshop day.

There are four registration categories:

• Student: Proof of full time studentship required. Early registration until June 15th.
• Regular: Early registration until June 15th
• Late:All registrations from June 15th to July 5th, including students.
• On Site: July 5th on, including students.

Accommodation

Accommodations can be booked on campus in the student dorms. These are flats with two rooms with a shared bathroom. Each room has a bed for a single person. It can be booked as double flat (single bed room, shared bathroom with one other room) or as single (single bed room, private bathroom, the second room remains free). In addition breakfast and a dinner coupon are included. The package prices are:

• single bed room, private bathroom (single): € 80 per night
• single bed room, shared bathroom with one other room (double): € 75 per night

Booking of on-campus accommodations will also be through the registration site.
