This workshop will present the history and ongoing initiatives of the Instituto
Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT), a leading institution
in open science, digital curation, and information infrastructure in Brazil. 
As IBICT celebrates its 70th anniversary, this session will highlight its
contributions to scientific data management, open repositories, privacy in
scientific communication, and the application of artificial intelligence in
knowledge organization and retrieval. Particular attention will be given to
projects relevant to mathematical knowledge management, including open access
infrastructures, metadata curation, and the integration of digital mathematical
artifacts. The workshop will also foster discussions on how IBICT’s expertise can
support and collaborate with the mathematical knowledge community, especially in
initiatives like zbMATH, formal proof libraries, and digital libraries.
