Information for CICM'19 Participants

Please fill the following form to let us know about your excursion/banquet preferences (see below).

Venue

The CICM'19 conference is located in the building B of the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics, and Cybernetics (CIIRC) at Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU).

The venue address is: Jugoslávských partyzánů 1580/3, Dejvice, Praha.

After arriving by metro to the Dejvická station, proceed to the street Jugoslávských partyzánů. You will recognize the CIIRC building easily by a plastic wrapper around building A. Pass the entrance to the building A and proceed to the entrance to building B which is few meters behind.

Registration Desk

After arrival, please proceed to the registration desk at the first entrance to the building B (the one closest to the "plastic" building A). If you enter the building B by a different entrance, proceed through the vestibule to the registration desk.

Conference Rooms

Main conference rooms are accessible from the vestibule of the building B by a glass stairs. Just follow the signs from the registration desk.

Some of the workshops are located in the 6th floor of the building B. Please access them only through the signed paths.

If you are unable to climb the glass stairs to the conference rooms, ask at the registration desk for alternatives.

Internet Connection

Welcome Drink Reception

The reception will take place after the end of the main conference track on Tuesday. Just wait in the conference room or at the registration desk. The reception will be placed in the 10th floor of the building A.

Excursion

A part of the conference is an excursion to the famous Karlštejn castle. A bus will depart right after the lunch on Thursday at 1:15 pm. The excursion participants will be divided into two groups.

1. The first group will go directly to the Karlštejn castle by the bus.
2. The second group will additionally take a short hike through a scenic Czech nature. The hike will be easy, around 5 km long.

Banquet

The banquet will take place at Únětický pivovar near Prague. The bus will take the participants to the banquet directly from the excursion. If you can not (or wish not to) attend the excursion, you can take a public transport bus 355 from Dejvická station and go to the bus stop Únětice. It should take you less than 30 minutes to get there. You will have to pay a small amount as the Únětice bus stop is outside the default Prague zone. Enter the bus by the front door and tell the driver where you want to go, that is, to Únětice.

The banquet will start around 7 pm. There will be provided a private bus to take you back to Prague (Dejvice). An expected arrival time is 9:30 pm.
