Registration

Registration consists of

• either a catered registration of US$ 402 which covers the conference kit, proceedings, all coffee breaks and one banquet ticket;
• or a non-catered registration of US$ 125 which covers the conference kit and proceedings only.

Both include attendance of the conference and workshops for the full five days. A separate per-day registration is not available.

On-line registration is now closed. However, on-site registration will be available.

To assist in planning, please contact Bruce Miller if you intend to attend, whether you will have a catered or non-catered registration, whether you need extra banquet tickets, and if so, whether you have special dietary needs.
